Plain-language answers about the information you share with us, and how we make this site work for everyone.
Information we collect
When you send a ride request or facility account request through this website, we receive the details you enter, such as:
- your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address;
- trip details like pickup city, destination, date, time, and type of transport;
- anything you add in the notes field.
We ask that you not include diagnoses, medications, or other medical details in our online forms. Anything else we need to plan your trip, we'll collect by phone.
How forms are delivered
Our forms are delivered to our email by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree receives what you submit so it can pass it to us.
How we use your information
We use what you send only to respond to you, schedule and confirm your ride, and give you a quote. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or social-media tracking pixels. If you choose a larger text size, that preference is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical information such as your IP address. If we add website statistics in the future, we'll use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service.

Accessibility statement
We want everyone, including older adults and people with disabilities, to be able to use this website easily. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. The site includes:
- a text size control at the top of every page (A, A+, A++);
- large text, high-contrast colors, and large buttons;
- full keyboard navigation and a "skip to main content" link;
- pages and forms that still work if JavaScript is turned off.
