How much does a ride cost?
Every trip is quoted before you book. The price depends on the type of transport and the distance. Call (530) 453-6220 or send a request and we'll give you a quote.
Do you accept insurance or Medi-Cal?
Guardian Medical Services is a private-pay provider. We don't bill insurance, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, or transportation brokers, which keeps booking fast and simple.
Can I ride along with my loved one?
Yes. Family members or caregivers are welcome to ride along at no extra charge. Just tell us how many when you book so we can plan seating.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to make sure a vehicle is available. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
